Monica Mwende Mwema – Gitonga
Managing Director
Monica serves as Founder and Managing Director of Monisa Company Limited. She previously served as business consultant in the insurance industry with over 10 years’ experience. She holds an advanced diploma in Business Management from Nairobi Institute of Business studies and is currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources at Mt. Kenya University and Certification as a human resource professional at HRMPEB. She is also the current Secretary General for the Association of Skilled Migrant Agencies of Kenya. Monica thrives in business networking and to this end she is a founder and Director of Jashvindar Benawra International Private Limited, a Pharmaceutical company based in India.
Mary Ndila Mwema – Ndemo
Chief Executive Officer

Mary serves as partner and CEO of Monisa Company Limited. She previously served as senior customer experience manager in the telecommunication industry with over 15 years’ experience. She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Nairobi and an MBA in Global Social and Sustainable Entrepreneurship from United States International University – Africa. Mary is an agribusiness enthusiast who encourages the youth to explore the opportunities in Agriculture.

Peter Ndambuki Kioko
IT Consultant

Peter serves as an IT Consultant Associate of Monisa Company Limited. He previously served as IT manager in the service industry with over 10 years’ experience. He holds a BSC in Information Technology degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and is currently pursuing IT Certification (CEH) from Techno Brain – Kenya. Peter is a traveling enthusiast who encourages the exploration of magical Kenya.

 

 

Zacharu Muigai Maina
Business Development Associate

Zachary serves as the Business Development Associate based in Qatar. Zachary has a Diploma in Automotive Engineering from SOS Technical Training Institute – Nairobi. He has over 10 years’ experience in business development within Qatar. Zachary thrives in youth placement for employment to alleviate the unemployment challenges they face.
